01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and KingPH ("KingPH," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kingph.one. These Terms apply to all users of the KingPH platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the KingPH website or mobile application.

By creating an account on KingPH, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or simply browsing the KingPH platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms are effective as of the date of your first access to the KingPH platform and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the platform.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the KingPH platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of KingPH, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the KingPH platform for any reason.

KingPH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the KingPH platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering on KingPH, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change after registration.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your KingPH account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying KingPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.

KingPH will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

KingPH supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among other payment methods available on the platform. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the KingPH cashier section.

All deposits to your KingPH account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. KingPH does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. KingPH reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. KingPH aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section, but processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and bank processing schedules.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

KingPH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all KingPH promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• KingPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. KingPH reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is engaging in bonus abuse.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the KingPH platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that every spin, deal, draw, or result is entirely random and independent of any previous or future outcome. KingPH's RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing and certification to ensure ongoing compliance with fairness standards.

Each game on the KingPH platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. KingPH accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, KingPH will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, KingPH reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager placed during that round to the player's account. KingPH's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KingPH platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the KingPH platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the KingPH platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any KingPH game or system;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the KingPH platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KingPH staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the KingPH platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

KingPH employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited or returned to the relevant payment source.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the KingPH platform — including but not limited to the KingPH name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of KingPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the KingPH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the KingPH platform without the prior written consent of KingPH.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KingPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the KingPH platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

KingPH does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The KingPH platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KingPH makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, KingPH's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall KingPH's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

KingPH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on KingPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KingPH implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption on all data transmissions and secure storage of account credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and KingPH cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11 Responsible Gaming

KingPH provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your KingPH account settings at any time.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the KingPH platform may do so by contacting KingPH support. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

KingPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account — after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. KingPH will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

Players may also voluntarily close their KingPH account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

KingPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, KingPH will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the KingPH platform at kingph.one/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the KingPH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the KingPH platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact KingPH's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. KingPH is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with the KingPH support team within a reasonable timeframe.

KingPH operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by KingPH may seek recourse through applicable regulatory channels.
