As a general rule, KingPH retains player account data for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and record-keeping requirements. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, KingPH will securely delete or anonymize such data in accordance with our internal data retention and disposal procedures. Anonymized data that can no longer be linked to any individual may be retained indefinitely for analytical and research purposes.

11 Children's Privacy
KingPH implements age verification procedures during the registration process to prevent access by minors. If KingPH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to KingPH, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
12 International Data Transfers
KingPH primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud hosting providers, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention platforms — may process personal data in countries outside the Philippines.
